Dahai Fu is an associate professor in the School of International Trade and Economics attheCentral University of Finance and Economics(CUFE) in Beijing, China.He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from China’s Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (Wuhan, China), and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Western Australia (Perth).
Dahai’s teaching and research fields are international trade, development economics and Chinese economy. His work has appeared in scholarly journals such as World Development, Economics Letters, China Economic Review, Economic Modelling,AppliedEconomics, and Review of Development Economics. His research has been fundedby The NationalSocial Science Fundof China, Natural ScienceFoundationof China, Ministry of Education of China, UNCTAD and CUFE.He isalso the Deputy Director of Center for Global Economy and Sustainable Development at CUFE,ViceSecretary-General of Youth Forum of Chinese Society of International Trade, Vice President of Chinese Economic Society Australia (CESA). He is a fellow of China Association of International Trade (CAIT) and China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS).
